- The lid currently features one design to match the candle. We will put the name of your request to fit in the pattern of this design (see photos for details).
- Please include the first name of your recipient in the order notes when checking out. If this is not included, we will send you an email to request it.
- A proof of the design will be sent back to you for confirmation. Spelling and accuracy MUST be confirmed before we produce the custom lid! Please check carefully as Novelly Yours cannot be held responsible for misspelling once approved.
- Please order accordingly! This involves custom work and may take an extra couple days. We aim to complete time sensitive orders such as these as quickly as possible when we can but creating a custom item takes time. ALSO, if you are rushing an item for a gift, you may want to choose Priority Mail or UPS ground over USPS Ground Advantage. Currently, Ground Advantage has been prone to taking up to a week or sometimes more to deliver.
